Roasted Winter Squash, Pureed with Half & Half Cream,
Seasoned with Fresh-Grated Nutmeg & Cinnamon Stick,
Served with a Dollop of Sour Cream & Minced Chives.

3rd Course:
Filet Mignon
10oz, 2-2½" Thick *USDA Prime*,
Grilled-To-Order,
With A Porcini Mushroom & Butter-Reduction Sauce,
Topped With Winter Truffle Butter,
Roasted Peppers & Shitake Mushrooms,
On a Bed of Tossed, Saffron-Infused, Cappellini Pasta.

4th Course:
Raspberry Sorbet
Drizzled with Honey,
and 20-Year Old Balsamic Vinegar,
Served With Double-Chocolate Fudge, Milano Cookies.
