election fraud you can see

friday, december 4th, 2020

Mainstream media, elected officials, and popular culture are attempting to steamroll America into surrendering to the pronouncement that Joe Biden won the 2020 presidential election. The election certification train is leaving the station and joining the steamrolling.

As with so many other leftist missions, the “let’s move on… this is over..” mantra has been unleashed. But preservation of our democratic republic requires election integrity, and integrity requires investigation of serious allegations and evidence of election fraud, lest we anoint someone president who did not actually win.

Vote fraud, the kind that occurs in varying degrees in every election, where deceased people mysteriously vote, some individuals vote multiple times, and mysterious pallets of ballots appear to save the election for the candidate who was losing, seems to be widespread. Affidavits in unprecedented numbers and scope, describing firsthand observations of perceived vote fraud, are piling up.

But election fraud, the electronic manipulation of voter tabulation software, also called vote-switching, is the burning issue that could change everything we think we know about election 2020. The central question is how serious, how substantive, how real, is the evidence of widespread, systemic election fraud? And why are so many Biden-supporting anti-Trumpers SO determined to shut down consideration of the evidence before it is presented? Sidney Powell’s promised upcoming lawsuits will no doubt be full of details that have made her so resolute and confident in saying that Trump won.

We have time. We have less than three weeks until the December 14 Electoral College vote as set by the constitution, and more than 8 weeks until the 2021 presidential inauguration. This is enough time to look at the evidence, and to get the answer right in what many have called the most important election in American history. We have time to find the truth.

This article is a head start on the evidence of electronic election fraud, based on my interview of Russ Ramsland on my America Can We Talk show on Monday November 25th. Russ is the co-founder of Allied Security Operations Group (ASOG) in Dallas, and has provided information to Sidney Powell.

Summary of the Interview

The interview is in a show that went a little over an hour and 45 minutes, and it’s worth the watch. Here are a few top-level takeaways:

• Russ Ramsland’s ASOG group both employs and contracts with a well-trained group of experienced ex-military and former national intelligence agency specialists who know cybersecurity.

• They began researching the vulnerabilities of the major voting machine companies and the software they use, in 2018, long before this present 2020 election controversy.

• They discovered and reported widespread vulnerabilities to hacking, failure to protect passwords and other very sensitive information, and the actual capacity to both access and change votes.

• Senators Klobuchar and Warren among many others have in the past complained about the lack of security in the Dominion Voting Systems software that is at the heart of many concerns in this election. Most or all of the major voting machine and software companies share similar flaws.

• Contrary to what most Americans naturally assume, voting machines allow voting tabulation algorithms in their software, instead of simply counting votes. Algorithms are manipulable and changeable, and the ability to utilize them is explicitly acknowledged in the owner’s manuals for those machines.

• Following the explanations of the cybersecurity discoveries ASOG is reporting requires an adult-level attention span. Serious adult Americans need to care what the truth is, and take the time to understand what occurred.

Specifics: Strong Evidence of Electronic Election Fraud Decimals in Vote Tallies

Tabulation software in use in the 2020 election in at least 28 states explicitly authorized in operating instruction manuals provided by the software vendor -- the use of weighting algorithms to tally votes.

Actual tallies in Michigan’s public records show weighted numbers of votes received, showing vote tallies in fractional numbers -- e.g. a tally of 1,615,707.52 votes for candidate X and 1,925,865.66 votes for candidate Y.

These numbers are not vote total percentages for one candidate or another, which would logically include decimals. These are reports of vote totals. With decimals. There is no logical place for decimals in a system that is supposed to be counting one person, one vote. Vote counts with decimals establish that the system used algorithms. They prove the actual vote tally has been manipulated.

Impossible speed: Vote Tabulation Volume Impossibilities

Michigan’s Magical Ballot Blaster. After election night vote counting was suspended (in several key swing states) and later resumed, public voting records in Michigan show, according to Mr. Ramsland, the tabulation of numbers of ballots after resumption of the counting to be at levels that are physically, functionally impossible for the actual machines in use. It could only have been done by what is effectively a manual stuffing of the electronic ballot box. This appears to be simply old school cheating implemented with new technology.

Over 100% Voter Turnout

In Minnesota and other jurisdictions, some announced vote tallies exceeded the number of registered voters in those counties. By a lot. In Minnesota, the vote tally showed that one county had a 350% voter turnout, while at least 18 others had an over 100% voter turnout. This is election fraud that anyone can understand.

More commonsense suspicion about the election outcome

Voters already have a wide range of common sense reasons to doubt that Donald Trump lost, and to resist the media’s coronation of Joe Biden as president-elect. The comparative ability to attract supporters at campaign events is one of those reasons.

America’s bellwether counties, 18 out of 19 of them, went for Trump by an average of 12 points. The one lone outlier went for Biden by 3 points.

The GOP did not lose ONE US House seat, and won all 27 House races ranked by Cook Political Report at toss ups.

Dominion Voting Systems’ suspicious behavior. Dominion Voting Systems’ machines are under great suspicion. Last week the Pennsylvania legislature called Dominion officials in to explain the serious issues with their machines. After first agreeing to come, they backed out and lawyered up, after, Mr. Ramsland disclosed, a series of hard-hitting questions was delivered to the legislators about to question them.

The burden is now on the “coronation crowd” and the courts

All of this is enough to shift the burden from those raising questions, to those demanding the evidence of fraud be ignored and the masses join the Biden coronation. The answer of the American people to the clamor that Trump should concede now must be, NO. We are not moving on.

Where to go from here?

Resist the steamrolling.

Closely examine the evidence Sidney Powell and President Trump’s team will be presenting.

SCOTUS may not want to decide election outcomes, but they have many remedies available if the assembled evidence shows widespread election fraud, including holding that the 2020 presidential election decision must, under the Constitution, be made by Congress.

In any event, if the systemic election fraud that appears to have occurred actually did happen, justice must mean that America should not be forced to tolerate a ‘President Biden’ elected through massive fraud.

A Day In The Life.

Up at 8a on Friday, it was already 52° outside – had a couple smokes in the garage while the coffee brewed, did my DR (Type 1 Diabetic Routine - Blood Sugar Level Test and Sliding-Scale Insulin Shot), applied the CBD Hemp Ointment to my neck and shoulder, made coffee, had simple toast for breakfast, and checked the weather and news.

I didn't bother posting the "Chris Plante Show" thread, since a sub was in, nor the "Rush Show", since I had an 11:45a Dr's (PCP) app't. The app't went 1½hrs, much discussion and a conference call about my abnormal BP numbers, and finally a decision to add *another Rx med* to my current regimen of 28 Rx & OTC pills, not including the Diabetes Rxs. Damn.

After lunch, I went food shopping at Weis Mkt, caught a 2hr snooze and did some paperwork and filing, until dinner. I watched the new season's "Gold Rush" episodes on Discovery, until 10p, and quit for the night.

Have you seen the movie, The Plot Against The President 2020 (1:30)?

Our side has 8 trillion bullets; the other side doesn't know which bathroom to use.

I slept-in until 9a on Saturday, and could have slept until 12 or later, probably. After the morning DR, I had coffee and a simple breakfast, drove over to the nearby Rite Aid Pharmacy to get yesterday's waiting Rx for my out-of-control BP. I had lunch and did some condo chores, paperwork and filing, and watched Discovery's "Homestead Rescue" until dinner, meanwhile checking hourly BP with the handy Omron® BP Cuff. I am in "stroke territory", right now.

After dinner, I watched "Expedition Unknown" episodes until 10p, knowing that there was an F-1 Grand Prix from Bahrain on, at 9a, and I also had a boatload of chores to do.

Up at 6:30a on Sunday, I watched the F-1 Race; fraught with spectacular crashes, fires, flipped race cars and all drivers survived, thankfully. I spent the day doing laundry, condo chores, paperwork, filing and shredding old unneeded paperwork. By mid-evening, I was tired and called it a day, earlier than usual, around 9p.

Up at 7:30a on Monday, I took my BP (82/165), got the "Chris Plante Show" weekly thread posted, did the morning DR, made coffee and oatmeal, took the morning pill regimen and laid down on the LR couch, for 5 hours. I wasn't feeling well, probably from the increased dosage of Metformin. I did my midday DR and lunch, evening DR and dinner, watched some TV, did the nightly DR and pills, and went to bed at 10p.

Up at 8:30a on Tuesday, I posted the daily "CP Show", did the morning DR, toast and coffee, and hit the LR couch again until 12noon. I got a message from a friend in Miami, that one of the past loves in my life, back in the mid-70s, Barb A. Forgham-Parker, had died of cancer two years ago. We were lovers and almost got married in 1975. She was very beautiful back then, I was truly bummed-out all day. RIP, Barb.

I didn't watch any TV today, not only because I was bummed about Barb's death, but because there was just dogshit on TV, aka "NBC" (Nothing But Crap). I went thru the midday/evening/nightly DRs, lunch/dinner and nightly meals, and crashed around 10:30p. I had a 10a Drs app't tomorrow, and needed some sleep.

Up at 7a on Wednesday, I did the morning DR, made coffee and breakfast, and got ready for a 10a Dr's app't, here in East York. Afterward, I ran some quick errands, went home and called Sherry, who wanted to come by and visit, and give me some birthday (71) hugs and kisses. We had 3 wonderful hours together, and she had to leave to get some of her errands done. After dinner, I watched "Expedition Unknown" until 10p, and called it Yankee Doodle.

Awake and up at 8a on Thursday, to a sunny and very cold 31° morning, I had a couple of smokes while coffee brewed, did the morning DR, and had a small breakfast. After firing-up the furnace to 77°, posting the "CP Show" daily thread to FR, I worked on my overdue "to do" list, and just relaxed for an hour. After checking the weather ahead, we're in for either a massive snowstorm or very heavy rains and flooding, on Saturday. I'll take the rain, thankyouverymuch. I had some items to p/u at Rite Aid Pharmacy, and some other stops to make, so I also got them done.

After lunch, I drove north to Corey's (Sherry's son) new auto shop, to drop-off 2 Crosley replica pay phones for his shop. They and several other types spent years at my Ol' Nursery & Garden Center, but I have no further use for them. I ran a couple errands, then headed home.

After a 3hr snooze, I made dinner, watched Mecum Auto Auctions for a while, switched-over to "American Pickers" until 10p, and quit for the night. Tomorrow's another day and week, here in the "Journal".

Legitimacy of Biden Win Buried by Objective Data.

During the weeks following November 3rd, innumerable election experts and statistical analysts have pored over the voting data upon which former Vice President Joe Biden’s purported campaign victory ostensibly stands. A growing body of evidence ranging from straightforward ballot audits to complex quantitative analyses suggests that the tabulation of the votes was characterized by enough chicanery to alter the outcome of the election. Consequently, a consensus has gradually developed among the auditors of publicly available information released by the states, and it contradicts the narrative promulgated by the Democrats and the media. The more data experts see, the less convinced they are that Biden won.

Among the analysts who question the legitimacy of Biden’s victory is Dr. Navid Keshavarz-Nia, a cybersecurity expert whose technical expertise was touted by the New York Times last September and who has been described as a hero in the Washington Monthly. It’s unlikely that either publication will be singing his praises for his work pursuant to the recent election. His damning analysis of the electronic manipulation of votes that occurred in the early hours of November 4th appears in a sworn affidavit included with C.J. Pearson v. Kemp, a lawsuit filed by Attorney Sidney Powell in the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Georgia. His nine-page affidavit (Exhibit 26) describes how it is possible to manipulate votes, where this occurred, and sums up his findings as follows:

I conclude with high confidence that the election 2020 data were altered in all battleground states resulting in hundreds of thousands of votes that were cast for President Trump to be transferred to Vice President Biden. These alterations were the result of systemic and widespread exploitable vulnerabilities in DVS, Scytl/SOE Software and Smartmatic systems that enabled operators to achieve the desired results. In my view, the evidence is overwhelming and incontrovertible.

Dr. Keshavarz-Nia is by no means the only expert to reach the conclusion that widespread vote-tampering occurred. This examination of the election results, for example, uses quantitative analysis to identify some very odd anomalies in the 2020 vote patterns. But it isn’t necessary to be a sophisticated statistician or cybersecurity expert possessed of arcane knowledge of how voting machines operate to see that enough ballot fraud occurred to change the election results in several states. That Keshavarz-Nia provides his findings in a sworn affidavit, under penalty of perjury, renders him highly credible. Still, his conclusions are rather opaque to anyone without an enormous amount of training and experience in his field. This requires many of us to take what he says on faith.

Bearing this in mind, Matt Braynard of the Voter Integrity Project (VIP) approached the 2020 results in a far less arcane fashion. His team analyzed publicly available data on absentee ballots and he explained his findings in a way that any intelligent voter can understand. VIP looked at suspicious ballot activity in Arizona, Georgia, Michigan, Nevada, Pennsylvania, and Wisconsin. Among the most significant VIP findings involved people who changed their state of residence, yet voted absentee using their prior address. In Arizona, which Biden “won” by 10,457 votes, there were 19,997 questionable votes. In Georgia, which Biden “won” by 12,670 votes, VIP found 138,221 such votes. In Wisconsin, which Biden “won” by 20,608 votes, there were 26,673 such votes. As Braynard told the Epoch Times:

This election, it appears to me, has been decided by ballots that are highly questionable.… I can give you the list of the people who voted in this election, who filed National Change of Address cards in Georgia, moving themselves to another state.… I can also show you the subsequent state voter registrations of these individuals in other states, who then cast absentee ballots back in Georgia.… I have no confidence that Joe Biden is the deserved winner of this election.

Braynard has been asked to present the findings of the Voter Integrity Project to Monday’s hearing with members of Arizona’s legislature. Moreover, as Braynard tweeted Friday, “The VIP findings have also been included in court filings in PA, GA, MI, WI, and AZ, including declarations we collected.” Sunday, another tweet by Braynard revealed that the FBI has proactively requested VIP findings that may indicate illegal ballots. Meanwhile, no discussion of 2020 election skulduggery is complete without a discussion of the Democrat precincts that record more votes than registered voters. Rep. Bill Posey (R-Fla.) tweeted the following on that perennial topic: “According to an affidavit in the MI lawsuit, one Michigan precinct/twnship had 781.91% turnout. How does this happen?”

Good question. No fewer than six precincts listed by Rep. Posey experienced turnout exceeding 120%. Another 10 allegedly enjoyed 100% turnout. This is an insult to the electorate’s intelligence, and it happened in Democrat precincts all across the nation. From WWII through 2016 average turnout in a presidential election was about 56%. Yet we are expected to believe that, in 2020, the national turnout was 66%. It simply does not pass the laugh test. This is obviously the result of widespread Democrat chicanery facilitated by high-handed flouting of federal, state and county election laws. Joe Biden’s victory is no more legitimate than his plagiarized rhetoric or working class credentials. His Potemkin presidency would be no more authentic than the man himself.
