Everyone is retarded and nothing Works.” Turns out that’s the key to unlock the mystery of this particular Fourth Turning, the one here and now, of our own time. It’s an excellent theory of everything happening these days, formulated by a close colleague of mine. And as far as I know, it’s the only theory that makes sense. It explains, for example how and why consulting US attorney Joe DiGenova quit the grand jury investigation, as conducted by the DOJ in the Southern District of Florida (SDFL), of the treasonous conspiracy against the people of the USA running since 2016.

The most amazing part is that apparently no one in the country seems to give a shit about it. No politician has issued a statement. The blog-o-sphere, Twitter-sphere are mute. The President himself — the main target of the coup — was busy in Ireland this weekend. But let’s face it: he has a duty to steer clear of interfering in juridical proceedings involving himself and his office.

The most diligent investigator of all, Dan Bongino, the podcaster who spent years documenting the serial turpitudes of RussiaGate, ImpeachmentGate, the 2020 election, the J-6 operation, and so on, who wrote several books about these crimes — and then became Deputy FBI director for a year, with access to the entire trove of evidence about all of it — says nothing now about the DiGenova affair. How is that possible? Instead, for months he’s just played an insipid cheerleader on his daily podcast. Just imagine what Bongino really knows. Months ago, when he resigned from the FBI job, he stated publicly that what he saw in the J. Edgar Hoover building shocked him to his core.

I say all this because it looks like the case (or cases) in the SDFL will now go nowhere with diGenova out of the picture. Altogether, it was the gravest set of treasonous crimes against the Republic in our history, and nobody will be held accountable for it, a monumental insult following a possibly fatal injury to the country.

A certain amount of informed scuttlebutt comes my way, and the story I hear is that Joe DiGenova was of a mind to indict former president Barack Obama for his role in many phases of the ongoing coup, and that Todd Blanche blanched at that, in fear of provoking an even hotter civil war than the Red / Blue one currently raging from sea to shining sea (and especially in the three branches of government). Not just a civil war but, in effect, a civil race war, for fear of painting America’s only black president a criminal.

Mr. Obama enjoys certain immunities against criminal prosecution for official actions he took as president — as determined in the SCOTUS decision Trump v. the United States, July, 2024 — but the parameters of what, exactly, official means remains squishy. The boundaries would have to be tested case-by-case in the lower courts. Which is what the grand juries sitting now in Florida might have done (or might yet somehow manage to do).

Was it an official act for Mr. Obama to turn Hillary Clinton’s Russian Collusion campaign stunt into a seditious operation to run Mr. Trump out of office? Once Mr. Obama was out of office in 2017, did he direct continuing seditions through FBI director Wray and CIA directors Mike Pompeo and Gina Haspel? Does a record of correspondence exist, classified or otherwise? We know that the intel apparatus captures everything. Tulsi Gabbard might know what’s in there. Perhaps the same things that shocked Dan Bongino to his core.

Once “Joe Biden” was installed in the Oval Office, did Barack Obama direct the cabal that actually ran the executive branch from Jan., 2021, to Jan., 2025 — did he act as a shadow president? What would the law say about that? And is he responsible for “Joe Biden’s” ruinous policies such as the wide-open border and all it has entailed. One of Mr. Obama’s closest insiders, John Podesta (also Hillary Clinton’s 2016 campaign chairman), became “senior advisor for climate policy” in the final months of “Joe Biden’s” term. He was given $370-billion from the fraudulently-named “Inflation Reduction Act” to distribute as he saw fit, and an awful lot of it landed in Democratic Party adjacent NGOs. Was private citizen Obama involved in arranging any of that?

Is Barack Obama, the 44th President of the US, a true villain? He was a very slick performer during the eight years he was president. But now, the political faction he led — maybe still leads because, look around, who else is there? — has gone batshit crazy since his second term ended. His party beat a path straight into the overt advocacy of communism with a jihad cherry on top, and you don’t hear him complaining about any of it.

What I hear is that Joe DiGenova intended to subpoena Barack Obama to give testimony to that Florida federal grand jury and that Todd Blanche nixed it, so Joe quit. The next day, diGenova told the media that if the Florida team is “allowed to do their jobs” they will “succeed supremely” and that the U.S. Attorney’s office there was doing a “phenomenal job under the worst of circumstances.” He later added, there was “plenty of evidence” but it “just takes time.”

Whatever that means. Yet everybody knows what went down in our country the past ten years, that a vicious blob called the Deep State has been running a continuous coup, just as everybody with half-a-brain knows exactly what Covid-19 was about. The question that remains: does having half-a-brain mean you’re retarded, and does that explain why nothing works in the USA, including the ability to manage the nation’s justice apparatus?

A Day In The Life.

Up at 8:30a on Saturday, a cool, 64°F, overcast sky, breezy morning, I checked the AC briefly, made coffee, fired-up the Win-7 Pentium HP Desktop to let its 32 million lines of code load, had breakfast, had a couple smokes in the garage and checked the leftover errands list. Zero. I scanned the weather and the breaking news websites, tuned into a "CP Show" Podcast, from last week, and relaxed for the morning. The R/S pain was still with me, so a few exercise kicks/stretches and 250mg Bayer Aspirin helped.

After breakfast, I did a couple errands, but the pain just got worse, so I wound up on the LR couch with the heating pad and aspirin, for half of the day. Back up around 6p, I watched the local FOX43 news and switched to the F1` Spanish GP's Qualifying Trials, Discovery's "Deadline To Disaster" and TWC's "Weather Gone Viral" until 12 midnight. Lights out.

I may be old, but I got to see America before it went to shit.

Up at 8:15a on Sunday, a cloudy, very humid, windless, drizzly, 71° morning, made coffee, skipped breakfast and scanned the news and weather sites. I had a couple loads of laundry, no errands, so it'd just be a usual Sunday.

The day went quickly, after a 2hr nap, and I watched the local FOX43 News at 6p, and switched to History's "Engineering From Above" until 1a, and unplugged.

Up at 7:15a on Monday, a sunny, cool 67°, low humidity, blue sky morning, I made coffee, skipped breakfast, and tuned into the "CP Show", from 9-12. I decided not to do my usual Monday trip down south, but let it wait until next week. I had 3 errands to do locally, so I'd take care of those, come back home and take a snooze. I was really tired... from exactly what, I don't rightly know./p>

After a few minor condo chores, I grabbed a short nap, watched the evening news and switched to History's "The unXplained" and Discovery's "The Proof Is Out There" until 12 midnight, and bagged it for the day.

I could not get to sleep. By 3a, I was down on the LR couch, hoping for some shut-eye, but no deal. I couldn't sleep there, either. Maybe an hour all night, but going into the new day, I was exhausted.

JoAnne arrived at 8:30a, on Tuesday, and got to work. I got ready for the day, hit the LR couch with the "CP Show" on in the background, and I tried to catch-up on some sleep, on the LR couch (nyes, I know better than that, but i TRIED ANYWAY). The day went quickly, as I was most asleep. I did watch some of the evening news, and part of History's "tHE UNxPLAINED" UNTIL 10, AND QUIT FOR THE NIGHT.

For several years, I've expressed my worry about AI in these pages,, and now the massive, mostly hidden AI Industry is begging for "guardrails" and "protecting" from the US Government. It's a joke. If they can get the Gov to set-up a Dept of AI, and the industry chieftains on the Board of Directors, then they get to write the rules and lws governing the use of AI, a clear and present *Conflict of Interest*. What comes as a result of that crime, is anyone's guess.

up at 9a on Wednesday, a sunny, blue sky, 67° and still low humidity, I made coffee, had breakfast and tuned into the "CP Show". I relaqxed until 12noon, got ready for the day, and Sherry arrived around 1p.

We took a ride to nearby Flinchbaugh's Orchard & Farm Market in Hallam, and had 5 wonderful hours together, before she left at 6p. I watched the evening news, had dinner, and switched to History's "The Proof Is Out There" and "Engineering From Above" until 11. Lights out.

I slept-in until 10a on Thursday, a sunny, very humid, 71° morning, I made coffee, had a light breakfast, and scanned tje news and weather sites. The Neuropathy & Sciatica pain is back, this morning, so I took a half Bayer Aspirin 250mg, and 1 50mg Tramadol, and it subsided somewhat. I headed for the LR couch and heating pad, and that helped a lot. I had a couple errands to do, but with my right foot/leg unstable with pain, I postponed them.

I was on-and-off the couch all day, as the pain dictated, skipped lunch until mid-afternoon, watched the evening news at 6p, and switched to History's "Ancient Aliens" until 11:30p, and bagged it for the night.

Awake and up at 5a on Friday, the pain was still with me, as soon as I put weight on the R/S leg and hip. I took aspirin every 4-5hrs, no Tramadol, and used the LR sofa's hewating pad for much of the day. I missed the evening news -- got it from my HP Desktop, switched to Discovery's "Eye Of The Storm" and History's "The UnXplained" until 11:30, and quit for the night.

Tomorrow starts a new week, here in the "Journal", and I have 2 Dr's app'ts, plus labs to get done, from last week. Sucks to be me. Sherr's coming to visit today, so perhaps we can plan something around the medical crap, which always invades my Spring and Fall months. Meh.

25 Years Later, Yes, They’re Winning

But as Yogi Berra said, it ain’t over ‘til it’s over.

The media narrative has been set in stone for years: the real victims of 9/11 were Muslims in the U.S., who for a quarter-century now have suffered from unreasonable suspicion, hatred, harassment, discrimination and worse at the hands of racist, bigoted “Islamophobes.” And yet in reality, if Osama bin Laden and Mohamed Atta were alive today, they would look at what is happening in the United States with a deep sense of satisfaction.

This year, one of the primary drivers of the message that Muslims in the U.S. are poor victims who deserve particular sympathy and consideration on the 25th anniversary of the 9/11 jihad attacks has been Rozina Ali, author of a popular new book about what a hard time Muslims have had since those attacks.

Ali paints a nightmare scenario. The Amazon come-on for her book says: “Ultimately, the U.S. government’s Islamophobic policies disillusioned generations of Muslims who sought the promise of the American dream only to find their communities torn apart, their relatives imprisoned, and their religion villainized by politicians and media. Ali’s story of how we got to our terrifying present is a magisterial accomplishment and a damning indictment of the United States’ abandonment of its core principles in the face of fear.”

Wow, that’s bad. And yet in the years since 9/11, while all of this villainization and tearing apart of communities was supposedly going on, Muslims were streaming into the U.S. in large numbers, so that the U.S. Muslim population rose from 1.8 million in 2001 to 4.5 million now.

The reality is clear: Muslims have been coming into the U.S. since 9/11 not because they will have a hard time here, but because they have it easier here than they do in many of their home countries. And the jihad project to transform the U.S. into a Sharia state, which Osama bin Laden and his brethren tried to advance so spectacularly 25 years ago today, is going along quite nicely.

As ever-increasing numbers of Sharia-adherent Muslims are elected to political offices at all levels of the U.S. government, the entire leftist establishment continues to insist that Sharia is entirely benign religious law with no political content, to which only hate-filled “Islamophobes” could possibly object.

When I testified last February before the House Judiciary Subcommittee on the Constitution and Limited Government, Reps. Jamie Raskin (D-Steven Van Zandt), Mary Gay Scanlon (D-Clueless), and Steve Cohen (D-Even More Clueless) doggedly insisted, in the teeth of mountains of evidence, that Sharia was harmless religious law. They need only to have looked at Iran, Afghanistan or Pakistan to see what that harmless religious law is like when fully implemented, but none of them bothered to do so.

Raskin, Cohen, and Scanlon were duly following the Democrat Party line, which involves ignoring Sharia’s political, supremacist, expansionist, and violent aspects, and pretend that all opposition to it stems solely from an irrational and morally objectionable hatred.

Meanwhile, 25 years after 9/11, the U.S. government has no coherent strategy to deal with the threat that those who are advancing Sharia in the country pose. Ever since George W. Bush proclaimed six days after 9/11 that “Islam is peace,” the U.S. government has focused on stopping jihad terrorists, without ever acknowledging in any way that other Muslims might be trying to extend the hegemony of Sharia over this country by means other than terror attacks. The government likewise has paid no attention to the institutionalized discrimination against women and non-Muslims that is inherent in Sharia.

Under cover of darkness, the Sharia agenda continues to advance. The establishment does its part by spreading propaganda about how Muslims are poor, innocent victims, with no attention whatsoever to the 49,000 jihad attacks worldwide since 9/11, or to the boasts of an increasing number of Muslims in the U.S. about their imminent takeover.

It looks as if the jihadis have it all sewn up. Half of America is with them, smug in the assurance that they’re fighting against the real enemy, the “Islamophobic” bigots. The people who dare to call attention to the threat still find themselves stigmatized and demonized in the mainstream.

There are, however, glimmers of hope. More and more people are waking up to what Sharia involves. Numerous Americans are determined to resist. The jihadis and their allies and enablers have had a relatively easy time for the last twenty-five years. They may find the next 25 not to be so easy.
