gosh, wearing my new straw hat, sipping an "adult beverage", and lying in a hammock under a deep-shade maple tree, even in 94°F sweltering heat, I'm pretty comfy. There's a red plastic hummingbird feeder about 30ft away, and several of them are playing "comical duck-and-dodge", with the six feeding holes. And I'm daydreaming about "what will I do next", for the rest of my life? With more years behind me than I have ahead of me, it merits some serious thought, at this middle-stage in my life. Do I stay with my 17-year old GC&N, which I founded in 1990 and purposely and meticuously-built into a regional powerhouse, or do I sell to a wealthy buyer, and take the money, some time off to 'decompress', and start a new venture? Or just retire? At 57 (going on 58 in December) I'm not ready to retire, BTW. I'm a proud entrepreneur, and doing nothing, aka 'retiring', just isn't in my vocabulary. But, what to do after this GC&N Life"? Who the heck knows? So, I simply yawn, sip another 'sip' of my 'adult beverage', and relax. And think about it. ♫Do I stay or do I go?♫ Right now, I'm staying put. Tuesday was a rainy, cool day, and the humidity dropped noticeable. By Wednesday afternoon, comfortable (IMO), Fall-like weather had once again descended upon the region, and the low-70s/low-humidity of Fall, were here. No complaints on this end, as I've already "had a bellyfull" of Summer weather. Did I mention that I like Spring & Fall weather? And absolutely hate Summer & Winter weather? Yup, I do. That nice, post-Labor Day "Fall feeling in the air" lasted only a few short days and nights, as Mother Nature brought the hot, steamy sweltering days back with a vengence. And the damned "Drought From Hell" is back, as well. We could sure use some of "TS Gabrielle". Remember my copyrighted 8-year old quote: "Mother Nature's in-charge, and we're just along for the ride®." True, as always. Tuesday was a cool, rainy day, and everyone was glad for the moisture and temperature/ humidity relief. By Wednesday morning, after the several weak cold fronts had passed through, Fall-like weather had once again descended upon us, and the upper-60s/low-70s and low-humidity of Fall, were once again here.
I have nothing against *knitting*; in fact, I admire people who knit. My Grandma Shelley was a *knitter*, and before her death, in the mid-90s, knitted afghans, doiles, sweaters, blankets, throws, sewed legendary Patchwork Quilts etc etc etc, and I have some of them. All her children, grandchildren and great-grandchildren, got some of what she did. She was prolific, before Alzheimers killed her. I'm glad that I have a part of her 'work/hobby'. I have a lot against *tattoos*, though. People who have them have low self-esteem, and degrade themselves by allowing that crap to be done to them. IMO. "Poor Woman's/Man's Art". I cringe when young, 20-30-ish parents, 'adorned with tattoos', on their arms, necks, lower backs, legs or ankles, come in with their 1-2-3-4-5 year-old kids. I pity their kids, who are exposed to those two lowclass, "mother/father idiots", who have such low self-esteem and zero respect for themselves and their kids, as to actively get skin-defacing tattoos. I actively shun them, and tell them that we don't have what they seek, and that they should go down to that "place, down-the-road". I do everything I civily-can, to 'dissuade' them from shopping at my GC&N Complex, BTW. They are scum whom I don't wish on my property, IMO. If you have tattoos, pls accept my sympathies, but you were a dumbass for defacing yourself, and if you have children, a total and complete parental failure, IMO. The local corn is browning-off, and some fields have already been taken down by the massive combines. The fields of soybeans are yellowing-off quickly, and will also be harvested by the end of September. Winter wheat and rye will be then planted, as cover crops, to mitigate soil erosion and loss, and prepare the Spring tilling with organic matter, for the next crops. And so it goes.

The lowlife, murderous dirtbag bitch, Mary Winkler, who murdered her preacher husband with a shotgun, while he was sleeping, and was given 7 months in jail, and released, should have been executed instead of being imprisoned, IMO. There is no defense for murder, but there is a righteous defense for self-defense. The Winkler bitch still needs killing,IMO, for her nurder of her husband, whom she could have easily left and gotten away from any so-called sex that she claimed he was demanding from her. IMO, he judge who presided over her trial should also be tried, convicted and executed, for gross incompetence.

Dylan does the rest. Once I blasted a friend with messages, I paused to wonder how the heck Ten 4, the British design team behind the site, got the legendary, scratchy-voiced, irascible maven to agree to this.
